Destroyer of Bricks

Goal: Clear all bricks in the level.
Controls: Move paddle with A (left) and D (right).
Build momentum: Press spacebar (be careful of going too fast).
Combo: 5 successful spacebar collisions, resets after 5.
Win: Destroy all bricks.
Lose: Ball falls below paddle, lose all lives
